Kemin Opens New Functional Foods Application Center
Des Moines, IA-based Kemin Foods recently unveiled its new functional foods application center designed for manufacturing food and beverage prototypes with FloraGLO™ lutein and other Kemin ingredients. The center will allow Kemin scientists to provide information for food technologists interested in adding lutein or other Kemin ingredients to their food and beverage products.
